This is due primarily to the ignition timing and fuel delivery differences. My A/F ratios are closer to 11.5:1 rather than below 10:1 like 'others'. Ignition timing is slightly more agressive too, with safety fuel and timing maps in the event something isn't right with your car and it experiences detonation.
